This training provides an in-depth study of the layout of NFPA 25, an extensive review of the contents, an update into the use of Tables to identify appropriate sections and rules of the standard, an explanation of pass/fail criteria for various testing requirements, and an in-depth analysis of the various responsibilities and differences between the owner and the contractor. This class will review the some of the key differences from between the Standards and Florida specific requirements. Some topics outside of NFPA 25, however, relevant to ITM will be reviewed.

This class will include a review of the overall layout of the Standard, an update in the use of the Tables, a review of the Florida specific requirements, a discussion on various test taking methods, and an introduction to timed testing with sample questions.

Description
This interactive seminar will provide an introduction to the various types of water-based fire protection systems as well as an in-depth exploration of the codes, standards and other documents that are used during the inspection and testing process.
This is a three-day class through FFSA with a test offered on the fourth day through Academy Exams.
If you have team members desiring to inspect Waterbased systems and have not yet obtained certification this class will prepare them to take either NICET exam or the Academy Exam which will be offered on day four.
*Waterbased Inspector Testing to be provided on day FOUR. The Exam is a a separate registration and separate fee. You MUST register for the Exam at Academy on their website: www.academyexams.com.
