The 2019 edition of NFPA 14, Standard for the Installation of Standpipe and Hose Systems, includes new definitions, new language for automated ITM and monitoring, changes to pressure limits, and a new chapter on maritime applications of standpipes. This presentation will highlight those changes as well as reviewing some of the common questions about standpipes submitted to NFSA’s Expert of the Day program.
