The purpose of this discussion is to provide the attendees with an updated view of the commercial insurance marketplace as a whole and also to provide risk management advice that has been gleaned through working with commercial clients over the last 20 years. Rather than focusing on theory, I hope to provide concrete, actionable recommendations to the attendees that they can employ in order to better protect their business and improve their line item expense relative to insurance once they return to their businesses.
